Meet Laine
I started my first business in 2013 as a teenager mowing lawns. I grew this business for 3 years before I decided to sell the business and work for a hazmat company in Indiana. In 2016 I earned my firefighter certification and served as a volunteer and part time firefighter/EMT until the end of 2018. At the end of 2018 I moved to Illinois to work for a small construction company doing residential remodels and custom kitchens. During my time with this company I learned many skills and trades, and felt that after 5 years I developed enough skills to match the opportunities that I have been given.

We believe that the bible is the foundation upon which our lives should be built. Faith is the first of our core values because it is the foundation upon which the others rest. We believe that God has created all things and we are accountable to Him in everything we do. We seek the Lord each day in striving to be a better business and treat our clients as we would want to be treated. Our faith drives us to give you that which is our second core value.

We understand that doing the right thing even when no one is watching is always the best thing to do. The book of proverbs tells us that those who walk in integrity will walk securely, but those who choose the crooked path will be found out. We strive to be open and honest about every aspect of your job from beginning to end.

Communication is a key element in any relationship. The endeavour at Rosewood Builders is to be clear and frequent in all communication with our clients. Whether verbal or non-verbal, keeping you informed is one of our main goals. We do our best to make sure you are up-to-date on all the different aspects of your job.
